Lycos
Timeline.
Founded
We started operations in Caxias do Sul. Our first product was a hydraulic cylinder for SAUER DANFOSS. Lycos was born as a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer and maintenance service provider.
Expansion & Differentiation
We found our calling as a machinery manufacturer. We launched the ME-100 and ME-200 — the first lifting table built with laser-cut tubular scissors in Brazil.
Own Hydraulic Line
We launched our own hydraulic components: Compact Units, TN06 Directional Valves and Gear Pumps — responding faster than the big multinationals.
Lycos Safe
We created LYCOS SAFE, a subdivision for Occupational Safety Engineering consulting, addressing Brazil's regulatory standards from the Ministry of Labor.
First Export
A historic milestone: we completed our first international export and established a presence in North America — the result of our commercial team's dedication.
Vale + ISO 9001
We supplied solutions to Vale at the world's largest iron ore plant. We earned ISO 9001:2015 certification and launched the Lycos Store.
Modernization & Latin America
Complete portal redesign. Export expansion to Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Lycos consolidates as the reference in ergonomic engineering for Latin America.
